我們以香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》(Cap.486)("PDPO")的資料保障原則為基礎制定本政策,並將依適用法律要求處理個人資料。

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, disclose, transfer and protect your personal data when you use the Service.
This Policy is designed with reference to the Data Protection Principles under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO"), and we will handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the Service.
1. 我們收集哪些個人資料 / What Personal Data We Collect
我們基於合法、公平及與服務直接相關之目的收集個人資料,且所收集資料將以必要及不超過所需為原則。
(1)您提供的資料:
- 年齡段(必要):用於未成年人保護、內容分級、付費與廣告合規。
- 聯絡資料(可選):如您聯絡客服或參與活動,我們可能收集電郵、聯絡方式及您提供的訊息。
- 用戶內容(可選):如評論、留言、私訊、上載內容、暱稱、頭像等。
(2)我們自動收集的資料:
- 裝置與網絡資料:IP位址、瀏覽器類型、語言、時區、裝置識別碼(如Cookie ID/本地儲存識別碼)、操作系統、崩潰記錄等。
- 使用與互動資料:瀏覽/觀看/遊玩記錄、點擊、停留時間、搜尋、互動、廣告曝光與點擊、反作弊/風控相關訊號等。
(3)付款相關資料(如您付費):
- 訂單與交易資料:交易金額、時間、幣種、交易狀態、支付渠道、部分付款識別資料(例如交易號)。
- 我們通常不會保存完整信用卡號或CVV;該等資料將由支付服務商(如Stripe或WinPay的合作收單方)處理。
(4)第三方獲取/分享:
- 廣告合作夥伴可能透過Cookie或類似技術收集廣告識別與互動資料,以提供或衡量個性化廣告。詳見第6節。
We collect personal data for lawful and fair purposes directly related to the Service, and the data collected will be necessary and not excessive for such purposes.
(1) Data you provide:
- Age band (required): for minor protection, content rating, payment and advertising compliance.
- Contact data (optional): if you contact customer support or join campaigns, we may collect email/other contact details and your messages.
- User Content (optional): such as comments, messages, uploaded content, nickname, avatar, etc.
(2) Data we collect automatically:
- Device and network data: IP address, browser type, language, time zone, device identifiers (e.g., cookie ID/local storage ID), operating system, crash logs, etc.
- Usage and interaction data: browsing/viewing/playing history, clicks, dwell time, searches, interactions, ad impressions/clicks, anti-fraud/risk signals, etc.
(3) Payment-related data (if you pay):
- Order and transaction data: amount, time, currency, status, payment channel, and partial payment identifiers (e.g., transaction ID).
- We generally do not store full card numbers or CVV; such data is handled by payment providers (e.g., Stripe or acquiring partners of WinPay).
(4) Data from/through third parties:
- Advertising partners may collect identifiers and interaction data via cookies or similar technologies to deliver or measure personalized ads. See Section 6.
2. 我們如何使用個人資料 / How We Use Personal Data
我們可能將個人資料用於以下目的(及與其直接相關之目的):
(a)提供及維持本服務:例如提供內容播放/遊玩、社交互動、記錄進度、客服回覆;
(b)履行付費交易:處理付款、交付數位內容/虛擬幣、處理退款(如適用);
(c)個性化與推薦:根據您的使用行為提供內容推薦或排序(如啟用);
(d)廣告展示與衡量:展示廣告、限制重複、衡量效果、進行受眾分析與個性化廣告(如啟用);
(e)安全與風險控制:帳號與交易安全、反欺詐、反作弊、防止濫用;
(f)改善產品:統計分析、故障排查、性能優化;
(g)遵從法律:履行法律義務、配合執法或監管要求、爭議處理。
如我們擬將個人資料用於新目的,而該目的與原收集目的不直接相關,我們將按PDPO及適用法律要求另行通知並取得所需同意。
We may use personal data for the following purposes (and purposes directly related to them):
(a) Provide and maintain the Service: e.g., content playback/gameplay, social interactions, progress tracking, customer support;
(b) Process payments: payment processing, delivery of digital content/virtual currency, and refunds where applicable;
(c) Personalization and recommendations: content recommendations/ranking based on your usage (if enabled);
(d) Advertising display and measurement: to display ads, limit frequency, measure performance, perform audience analytics and personalized ads (if enabled);
(e) Security and risk control: account and transaction security, anti-fraud, anti-cheat, abuse prevention;
(f) Improve the product: analytics, troubleshooting, performance optimization;
(g) Legal compliance: comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, handle disputes.
If we intend to use personal data for a new purpose that is not directly related to the original purpose of collection, we will provide notice and obtain consent as required by the PDPO and applicable laws.
3. 我們如何披露或共享個人資料 / How We Disclose or Share Personal Data
我們不會向關聯公司提供您的個人資料作其自身用途(目前不設此類共享)。但在以下情況,我們可能披露或共享您的個人資料:
(a)服務供應商(資料處理者):例如雲服務、內容分發、支付處理、風控、防作弊、客戶支援工具等,僅在提供服務所需範圍內處理資料,並受合約義務約束;
(b)廣告合作夥伴:為提供或衡量廣告(包括個性化廣告),廣告網絡可能作為獨立資料使用者或處理者處理相關識別及互動資料;
(c)法律要求:為遵守法律、法院命令或監管要求,或為保護我們、用戶或公眾的權利與安全;
(d)業務交易:如涉及合併、收購、重組或資產出售,我們可能在保密前提下共享必要資料,並會按法律要求通知。
We do not share your personal data with affiliated companies for their own purposes (we currently do not have such sharing). We may disclose or share personal data in the following cases:
(a) Service providers (data processors): such as cloud hosting, content delivery, payment processing, risk control, anti-cheat, and customer support tools, who process data only as needed to provide services and are bound by contractual obligations;
(b) Advertising partners: ad networks may process relevant identifiers and interaction data to deliver or measure ads (including personalized ads), as independent data users or processors depending on the arrangement;
(c) Legal requirements: to comply with laws, court orders or regulatory requirements, or to protect the rights and safety of us, users or the public;
(d) Business transactions: in the context of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring or asset sales, we may share necessary data subject to confidentiality and as required by law.
4. 資料存儲地點、跨境轉移與保留期限 / Storage Location, Cross-border Transfers and Retention
4.1 存儲地點:目前,我們的伺服器或主要處理環境位於香港及中國內地。為提供全球可用的服務,我們亦可能在其他司法管轄區存儲或處理資料(例如透過雲服務供應商)。
4.2 跨境轉移保障:香港PDPO第33條就跨境轉移作出規定(現階段尚未全面生效)。但我們將參考私隱專員公署(PCPD)發佈的跨境轉移指引及建議示範合約條款,並採取合理措施以確保接收方提供不低於香港標準的保護,包括:
- 與接收方/供應商簽訂資料轉移協議(可包含PCPD建議示範條款)及/或資料處理協議;
- 對供應商進行盡職審查(例如安全能力、合規承諾)並在合理情況下進行審核;
- 採取資料最小化、權限控制、加密傳輸/存儲等技術措施;
- 設置事件應對及通報流程以降低風險。
4.3 保留期限:我們只會在達成收集目的(及其直接相關目的)所需期間內保留個人資料,並會按法律要求或正當商業需要保留(例如稅務、爭議處理、防欺詐)。當資料不再需要時,我們將採取可行步驟刪除或匿名化處理。
4.1 Storage location: Our servers or primary processing environments are currently located in Hong Kong and Mainland China. To provide a globally available service, we may also store or process data in other jurisdictions (e.g., via cloud service providers).
4.2 Cross-border safeguards: While section 33 of the PDPO sets out restrictions on cross-border transfers (and has not been fully brought into operation), we will refer to guidance and recommended model contractual clauses published by the PCPD and take reasonable measures to ensure a level of protection not lower than Hong Kong standards, including:
- entering into data transfer agreements (which may incorporate PCPD recommended clauses) and/or data processing agreements with recipients/service providers;
- conducting due diligence on vendors (e.g., security capability and compliance commitments) and, where reasonable, audits;
- implementing data minimization, access controls, and encryption in transit/at rest;
- establishing incident response and notification procedures to reduce risk.
4.3 Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection (and directly related purposes), and as required by law or legitimate business needs (e.g., taxation, dispute handling, fraud prevention). When data is no longer needed, we will take practicable steps to delete or anonymize it.
5. 我們如何保護個人資料 / How We Protect Personal Data
我們採取合理的管理及技術措施保護個人資料,包括但不限於存取控制、加密傳輸、日誌記錄、權限管理及安全監測。
然而,互聯網傳輸並非絕對安全,我們不能保證資料在傳輸過程中絕對不會被未經授權存取。
We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission, logging, permission management and security monitoring.
However, Internet transmission is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed without authorization in transit.
6. Cookie、個性化推薦與個性化廣告 / Cookies, Personalization and Personalized Ads
6.1 我們及/或第三方廣告合作夥伴可能使用Cookie、像素標籤、SDK類似技術或本地儲存,以:
- 記住偏好(例如語言)、維持會話、提供基本功能;
- 分析使用情況、改善服務;
- 提供及衡量廣告,包括基於興趣的個性化廣告。
6.2 管理方式:您可透過瀏覽器設定拒絕或刪除Cookie;但拒絕Cookie可能影響某些功能。對於個性化廣告,部分第三方提供「退出/Opt-out」機制(例如廣告偏好設定或行業自律機制)。
6.3 我們不會故意向未滿13歲兒童提供個性化廣告。如您為13–17歲,我們可能為合規或安全而限制或關閉部分個性化功能。
6.1 We and/or third-party advertising partners may use cookies, pixel tags, SDK-like technologies or local storage to:
- remember preferences (e.g., language), maintain sessions and provide basic functions;
- analyze usage and improve the Service;
- deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based personalized ads.
6.2 How to manage: You can disable or delete cookies via your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain features. For personalized ads, some third parties provide opt-out mechanisms (e.g., ad preference settings or industry self-regulatory programs).
6.3 We do not knowingly serve personalized ads to children under 13. If you are aged 13–17, we may limit or disable certain personalized features for compliance or safety.
7. 直接促銷 / Direct Marketing (PDPO)
7.1 「直接促銷」指以電話、短訊、電郵、郵寄或其他方式,向您提供我們的產品或服務推廣資訊。
7.2 我們只有在符合香港PDPO(包括第VI A部)要求並取得所需同意(如適用)後,才會將您的個人資料用於直接促銷或向他人提供作其直接促銷用途。
7.3 您可隨時透過[待補充:退訂連結/設定頁/客服電郵]選擇不再接收直接促銷訊息。我們將在合理時間內處理您的要求,且不收取不合理費用。
7.1 "Direct marketing" means sending promotional information about our products or services to you by phone, SMS, email, mail or other means.
7.2 We will only use your personal data for direct marketing, or provide your personal data to others for their direct marketing, in compliance with the PDPO (including Part VI A) and after obtaining the required consent where applicable.
7.3 You may opt out of receiving direct marketing at any time via [To be completed: unsubscribe link/settings page/support email]. We will process your request within a reasonable time and will not charge an unreasonable fee.
8. 您的權利 / Your Rights
在適用法律(包括PDPO)下,您可享有以下權利:
(a)查閱及更正:您可提出查閱或更正個人資料的要求;
(b)刪除/匿名化(如適用):在資料不再需要或符合法律要求下,我們將採取可行步驟刪除或匿名化;
(c)撤回同意(如適用):對於基於同意的處理,您可撤回同意,但撤回不影響撤回前處理之合法性;
(d)反對直接促銷:您可隨時選擇不接收直接促銷。
我們一般會在收到查閱/更正要求後40日內回覆(如適用法律另有規定)。
Under applicable laws (including the PDPO), you may have the following rights:
(a) Access and correction: you may request access to and correction of your personal data;
(b) Deletion/anonymization (where applicable): we will take practicable steps to delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed or as required by law;
(c) Withdrawal of consent (where applicable): you may withdraw consent for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness before withdrawal;
(d) Direct marketing opt-out: you may opt out at any time.
We generally aim to respond to access/correction requests within 40 days, where applicable.
9. 未成年人 / Minors
本服務不面向未滿13歲兒童。如您為13–17歲,請在監護人同意並監護下使用本服務。我們會採取合理措施保護未成年人的個人資料與使用安全。詳見《未成年使用條款》。
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are aged 13–17, please use the Service with your parent/guardian’s consent and supervision. We take reasonable measures to protect minors’ personal data and safety. See the Minor Use Terms for details.
10. 本政策更新 / Updates to This Policy
我們可不時更新本文件。更新後版本將於網站或產品介面公佈並自公佈之日起生效(或另行指明生效日)。如屬重大變更,我們將在可行情況下於生效日前不少於7日以更顯著方式通知(例如彈窗提示、首頁公告;如我們持有您的電郵,亦可能以電郵通知)。
We may update this document from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website or within the product interface and will take effect upon publication (or a specified effective date). If the changes are material, we will, where practicable, provide more prominent notice at least 7 days before the effective date (e.g., pop-up notice, homepage announcement; and if we have your email address, we may also notify you by email).
